Losing weight is a big step toward becoming healthier.
But figuring out how much to lose can be complicated.
Although being overweight.
As we said.
Is a health problem.
People also need to look at their body composition.

Under 25 percent or so for a female.
Even if you're somewhat overweight.

We are basically made of bone.
Lean tissue.
Which are muscles and organs.
And fat.
To be the healthiest you can be.
You need to know what percentage of your body is fat.
An easy way to tell? Start pinching.
