New Orleans is most famous for its Mardi Gras carnival held in February, when most travellers, including myself, visit the city.

New Orleans is a party town.
The whole point is just having a damn fine time.
There are only two cities in the United States where bars are allowed to serve alcohol 24 hours a day Las Vegas, thank you, and here because why so many tourists are attracted to the city.
And most of the tourists end up in the French Quarter on Bourbon Street.
