tim completely gutted the room, and installed mahogany French doors and cabinetry, and a state-of-the-art entertainment center.
Down the hall from the den is the entrance to the master suite, one of the most lavish spaces in the house.
Here too is evidence of some of the most beautiful remodeling in the home.
At the entrance to the master suite is a dressing area, and its here tim introduced bruce Nichol, the teams painting contractor.
I've been noticing the paint around this home and its just exceptional.
It 's not just paint.
No.
It 's a lot of skilled craftsmen & a lot of hours.

According to tim, bruce was one of the most important contributors in the renovation.
He is the last person to touch every surface and oversaw the painters and finishers who worked on all the walls throughout the apartment.
this included not only the bedrooms, but the stunning gold leaf on the ceiling in the vestibule off the elevator, and the finish to these mirrored closets in the master bedroom dressing area.
I really do love the finish on here.
It makes it look a lot more like furniture than cabinetry.
Well that was the intention.
