this is a commercial quality range.
A restaurant caterer could come in here & prepare a dinner for any number of people.
that was our intention, that the kitchen function well in a catering situation.
but the appliances presented some of the greatest difficulties in this remodel- especially the industrial-sized refrigerator called a ''sub-zero.'' the compressor had to come off.
It had to go up on top of the service elevator, because the elevator itself is a small closet basically and getting anything up of any size was difficult.
the result of all this effort is a spacious, professional-caliber kitchen in a limited space environment.

Renovating an apartment in a New y ork high rise can be a daunting task under even the best of circumstances.
However, interior designer, tim MacDonald and his team pulled off a renovation miracle by completely refurbishing a 1920s era apartment on the posh upper eastside in just 6 months.
While the entertaining areas of the home are spectacular, the private areas show off some of the most handsome craftsmanship in the apartment.
